Icon Disappears #1681

I got a notification that Chocolat would not open, so I reinstalled it. Now, when I reinstall the download has the icon, and everything looks good when it's in my downloads folder - but when I move it to my applications folder the icon disappears, and it's just the generic app icon. Oddly, the icon also disappeared in Cyberduck, and just shows the generic app icon for the edit tab there too. I did look in the resources folder, and the bowl.icns is there.

A few people have reported this issue, and it's just the weirdest thing to happen. I think the solution is just to re-download the application?

Updating to 3.1.2 brought the icon back for me.
