Mixins in ~/.chocolat/mixins don't auto-reload anymore #1710

Mixins under ~/.chocolat/mixins used to auto-reload on code changes to them. This doesn't work any more, which means you have to restart Chocolat on every code change to a mixin.

I am currently on Chocolat 3.1.3, I can't tell until which version auto-reloading worked / when the issue was introduced.

Problem persists on 3.1.4, now mixins in ~/.chocolat/mixins won't load at all?

Seems this was due to a broken update installation on my machine.
