Closing Window Also Closes Project #1776

On OSX 10.11.4 + Chocolat 3.2.4

Steps to replicate:

  1. Open a project
  2. Open many files and settle into working on them
  3. Accidentally double-click a file's entry in the "Active" list on the left-hand side. That file opens in a new window.
  4. Say "oops". Hit apple+w or the [x] at the top-left of the window to close it.
  5. ARRRRRGH your entire project gets closed (every time this happens my "ARGH" gets longer)
  6. Spend next ten minutes recovering from the interruption
