Better detection of Ruby on Rails syntax instead of Ruby

If Chocolat is going to support Ruby on Rails syntax out of the box, it should have better support for detecting when to use RoR syntax highlighting instead of basic Ruby syntax highlighting.

For example, the Gemfile is seen as plain text by default.

.rb files (even under the app/ directory) are set to Ruby highlighting instead of Ruby on Rails
