Recent files per tab #957

Two issues:

a) Seems the best way to navigate forward/backwards between active/recent files is via Cmd-D + up/down or next/previous in file bar. Would love some keybindings that are alt-tab like.

b) The recent files in Cmd-D should be per tab, not global.

Indeed. Now that we have the new recents system we can use that.
