Make weapons do no damage

Force him to taunt constantly

Mute him and silence him in chat

Block name changing

Ban if they leave during a votekick

• Or just keep the votekick alive and ban if they were to be kicked

Configure firewall to drop packets from his IP once banned (permabans only)

• Prevents him from constantly connecting (even though banned) with whatever "hilarious" name he set and having it show up in chat
