TODO: If the number of players is 6 or below, enable DM after the round ends, or just keep DM enabled after "Waiting for Players" ends if still in that phase.

Once the population goes above 6, start the round just like you would after "Waiting for Players" after one minute of being above 6 players.

Other idea: Allow the players to start the next round anyway even if there isn't enough players (simple majority needed)
