Leverage example application code from ST Wiki to echo messages from IPCC peripheral.

DoD: Application runs on ARM Cortex M4 successfully, and echos the messages passed to it.

Issue verified. The application runs on STM32MP1 Development Board and echoes back. Look for attached screenshots.
