Add I2C Sensor Application in Yocto build, and verify that the application works as intended.

DoD: application is present in /usr/bin; application runs successfully with correct temperature values

Blocker: #2 | I2C Application

DoD Verified: Application is present in /usr/bin; current commit hash prints hex values instead of temperature; will be interfacing with a main program
