Encountering the below when using the cookbook. Also verified using the included test cookbook.

NameError: simple_passenger_app[attributes-app] (simple_passenger::default line 60) had an error: NameError: undefined local variable or methodapp_name' for #<#:0x00000000052aaaa8>`
