Import hangs #1450

Problem Athens becomes unresponsive when merging in a 2.4mb Roam EDN graph. Reported on discord https://discord.com/channels/708122962422792194/802652338619285594/869881173713780757

No error or anything was displayed, but if it was frozen maybe there was an error that never got printed.

Sawhney sent me a public roam db where he seems the same problem, I should be able to use it to investigate.

Looks like this should be a priority, seems like this could be a put off for new users.
