How an end-user should use the Athens client to connect to local, self-hosted local, and self-hosted cloud.

User Journey

Flow

  1. Open Athens on Dual-Boot Regolith Linux or MacBook Air M1
  2. Update to the latest client version (beta.9x?).
  3. Open DB Picker.
  4. Get Remote Address from Sys Admin - see #1612
  5. Paste it into input. image
  6. Press “Join”.
  7. Start managing knowledge with your friends, family, or coworkers!
