This is a better implementation, as proposed in #7

And as you add more content to the user context, you can remove the "resolving_user_id" method.

yeah, but I think we will need resolving_user_id to implement https://github.com/athieriot/hubot-yammer/issues/9 (to get the ID of @hubot)
