Update README format #14

I was reviewing the README.md as part of https://github.com/github/hubot/issues/531 and noticed the config section wasn't showing up as preformatted text. This fixes it, and uses a similar style to other READMEs.

It's been a while since I last committed on this repository, but feel free to ask me if I can update anything else in order to comply to this update.

I would be happy to keep this adapter up to date
