What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a sheet with any field having military format time like: 13:50
2. Now in any cell enter 02:30, which is actually 02:30 AM.
3. When you'll dump the xls sheet it will show 17:00 for any time falling
before 12:00 pm.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should print actual time that is 02:30. As it is.
Please provide any additional information below.
