Every Time I get a phone call Battery Indicator Pro Force closes

1.stopping BI Pro running

What is the expected outcome? What happens instead?

What branch (Free or Pro) and version (number) of the app are you using? Pro 
version bought

Which device are you using? HTC Desire HD

Which carrier are you using? - Vodafone

What language is your device set to? - English

Which version of Android are you using? 2.3.5

Do you have an "Task Killer" or similar apps installed? - No

Please provide any additional information here:
Problem is simple, everytime I receive a call my BI Pro app force closes.
