archlinux - ruby-filesize and ruby-clocale are no longer available #611

The packages are no longer in the aur. Filesize is flagged as not maintained - "This repository has been archived by the owner on Sep 4, 2018. It is now read-only." Cannot see a problem with clocale's page.

use rubygems, install manually gem install clocale gem install filesize
