1) Set the update interval for sensors only needing occassional updates (i.e. WiFi Signal dB, WiFi Signal %, Last Restart & Device Uptime), following https://github.com/athom-tech/athom-configs/issues/50

2) Loggers adds ' logs: component: ERROR'. This is a fix for issue https://github.com/esphome/issues/issues/4717 "Component xxxxxx took a long time for an operation"

3) Added "sntp_update_interval: 6h" to allow setting of sntp update interval from substitutions section.
