Remove all autogenerated files from Source Control #25

This also removed a bunch of legacy files that are not used in some drivers pair folders. I cannot find evidence of their usage, but please help me double check.

Also, I have been specific in only adding templates to the gitignore (https://github.com/athombv/org.knx/pull/25/files#diff-bc37d034bad564583790a46f19d807abfe519c5671395fd494d8cce506c42947R10) because that would allow some devices to have custom pair files just for that device.

@ttherbrink I think this can be reviewed, the only autogenerated file I could not remove was app.json. Homey CLI will not validate, deploy or run if there is not a file there even if it just overwrites it.
