Ditaa Web on Heroku? #3

With some changes it is possible to run Ditaa-web on Heroku. This would require moving the files in java to the project root and adding a Procfile. You can see the full set of changes on my fork.

I also have a running instance on Heroku to prove the workings.

Would a pull-request for such a thing be welcomed?*

* I am asking as no activity has happened in this repo for several years
