Order page for order with a "pending" status. Orders that have not yet been confirmed by the merchant. Ability to chat with merchant.

[ ] Items list, with amounts for each
[ ] Chat functionality with merchant
[ ] Greyed out pay button,
[ ] pay button changes is clickable if merchant has confirmed order
[ ] pay button takes user to "Payment Page"
