Test BWA data and model #11

Katie has processed the BWA data now. Could import this into multi-agyw and test, though could also wait until scripts are moved to e.g. naomi-orderly. Not high priority but good to check that it's OK for the different data. Added, but still need to test

(Note that Botswana doesn't have DHS: instead they do their own surveys "Botswana AIDS Impact Survey (BAIS)")
