More explanation and justification of the merging of transactional sex category with FSW. It'll get sent to HIV reviewers who think of these two as very distinct. Transactional sex is a broad category of people who have, e.g. a boyfriend who brings groceries. Or girl gets pregnant by a man, and everytime he visits he brings groceries. Whereas FSW is a job. So the only justification is if infection rates are similar. Are they? Probably not. Can check KwaZulu natal phylo surveys. Other justification is to say we're just doing high risk vs low risk, and then pulling it apart. So we're not really conflating the two. Other feedback: is it really the case that casual partners is riskier than being married? Justify with data
