Yeah agree. I like them, but potentially waste of a plot (might prefer incidence or prevalence).

If I wanted to change this, altering scales in facet of a ggplot is not possible directly and would require some kind of work around.
Talk about incidence and new infections (or prevalence) but no plot of this (or actually much discussion in the results)
This should probably be improved. Incidence and prevalence were an extension of the main work (so not emphasised as much), but are likely of substantial interest to an applied audience.
