Add national aggregates #21

Use population weighting, like the 15-24 aggregates
Should just be one new row in the results
Use the inla.posterior.samples again

Still have NA for {15 - 24} intersect {national}
Probably need to update a lot of things downstream to filter out the national estimates, else going to get an additional point in plots that shouldn't be there
This is pretty ugly code

Let's run this for MWI and fix everything downstream with that, then run it for the other countries

Issue with not having population data for CMR? The aggregate is not working here for some reason

CMR and MOZ I think should be sorted after getting Oli's data. Testing now. BWA and ZAF need to be run as they aren't used in the fertility model so waiting a while for that.
