Move area x category to the left and order by size in variance explained plot #63

Jeff:

Can you sequence the countries area x category explains to immediately show the result you comment on in the text?

Also wonder about the choice of ordering the categories. If area x category is the most interesting dimension of variation across countries, I would put that left most.
