TZ2004DHS doesn't include some questions but I think there is enough there to piece things together. For example it has no # partners in last 12 months but all we need to know is if it's >1 and that can be found in the 3 partner loop.
TZA1999DHS also is missing some things but it might be possible to piece it together (for example it has a 2 partner loop rather than 3 partner loop).
