D3D10 EffectResourceVariable missing SetResourceArray() #844

Noticed the Direct3D10 EffectResourceVariable is missing the SetResourceArray() 
(and likewise, the GetResourceArray()) method. (September 2011)

Big huh moment for me now - I see it in the source and intellisense. But those 
methods are missing from the SDK documentation file.

That's weird. I wonder why it's getting excluded. It has documentation comments 
and everything.

I think the documentation is just out of date. I'll revist this the next time 
we do a doc release and make sure it's all good.
