Those tables cost money. How to "integration"-test the payment process?

• [ ] Enusre the lampda functions for sending e-mails work (just test the functions)
• [ ] Ensure the webhook integration with stripe works (i.e. create a cheat dummy product that is "invisible" to the customer and is just for testing purposes)
