Added 'skip' for css #8

Not sure is it correct way or not, so open for feedback (maybe link to documentation)

I currently have postCSS support in the pipeline, but allowing to select which extensions should work as css modules (if any) is a good step forward, so I'll be sure to include it.

Should be obsolete with 0.2.0.
