InfoWindow class, infogrid.html template not found #145

There is InfoWindow class in /lib which extends Grid class and uses template infogrid.html. I'm not sure if this InfoWindow class is still usable, but the fact is, that there is no infogrid.html file in templates. So, if InfoWindow is obsolete, then it should be removed or if it's not, then infogrid.html template should be added.
