Update to Rails 5 #24

I had I don't know how many issues getting Rails 4.1.9 to work with ANY version of ruby 2.x on my Ubuntu system via rbenv. So I updated to Rails 5 and Ruby 2.5.0 and all seems well.

Tests are failing all over the place but I figured it's good to get :eyes: on this since I have no idea what I'm doing with Rails
