This has transformed into a general PR aimed at cleaning up a bunch of stuff.

Configure AI prompts using the meetup metadata
Changed to a more easily understandable Meetup.ts for the meetup to configure their metadata
Fixed event display when summary is missing
Cleaned up console.logs, irrelevant TODOs, unused imports, etc.
Pending...WIP...
