As discussed on Issue https://github.com/atlanticwave-sdx/sdx-controller/issues/245, there is no consensus now on how to export the inter-oxp links. The Kytox sdx topology is exporting just the nni attribute on the Port. SDX-Controller expects to see the actually link on the links list.
As a temporary solution while we don't come to an agreement for this, I suggest we add Inter-OXP links on the list of links.
