We introduced the ISO3166 on Meican to help grouping nodes in a nearby location. For instance, all nodes in Miami, Jacksonville and Boca Raton would be displayed for a user as one single point in the topology Map on Meican.
Even though there is a discussion on the actual need for this (https://github.com/atlanticwave-sdx/sdx-meican/issues/28), we should temporarily provide a solution for that, so that we don't break the integration of all components
