As discussed on the hands on meeting, since the Port ID supported by Meican are unique and not understood by the OXPO, this application Kytos-SDX-Topology plays an important rule of being the point of contact for SDX-LC and actually receives the Connection creation request (L2VPN PTP), and translating it for Kytos-ng/mef_eline with the correct port IDs.

when we add this, maybe the Napp it self should be renamed because it is no longer only kytos-sdx-topology, it also deals with L2VPN PTP services. My suggestion is that the Napp to be renamed for kytos-sdx (this can be handled in another issue).
