The curl/ folder contains scripts that are very useful for overall testing of the SDX components, including the enabling of OXP topology items (switches, interfaces, links), setting up proper metadata, etc. specially according to the Mininet topology we are using for tests (https://github.com/atlanticwave-sdx/sdx-continuous-development/tree/main/data-plane/container-mininet).

Thus, it makes more sense that this folder should be moved into sdx-continuous-development repo.
