Issue is #147. Renames sdx.pce to sdx_pce, so that it won't conflict with datamodel when pce is installed in editable mode. I submit that this is cleaner, and conformant to the practice of naming the top-level module same as the package name. (Well, almost same, because the package name sdx-pce becomes module name sdx_pce, because the former is not valid as a module name.)
