Needs to refactor/improve the backup path computation:

  1. node and/or link disjoint path
  2. link- or domain-based restoration/protection?

formulate a ILP model for link protection TE: the solution is resilient to any single-link failure, ie, reserving enough bandwidth via TE optimization.
