I am having some issues getting MVN to compile correctly on my Ubunut 20.04 system. I currently have JDK 10 installed but I get this error code.

Hi @everettperiman, thanks for reaching out. I'm not exactly sure what causes this dependency issue. I'll try to reproduce the error locally today and see if I can find out more.

The issue seems to be caused by the SSL certificates installed (with Java). Which JRE/JDK version are you using (e.g., OpenJDK or Oracle + version number). Could you try updating your Java version?
