Update roxygen #68

This PR includes the following changes:

Updating Roxygen
adding documentation for max_value and units arguments
add/remove global binding .data$ according to Notes suggestions
update size argument to linewidth in theme_atlas()
fix test failures and accept new snapshots

also updates deprecated dplyr::across() functionality which closes #63
