[BUG] When sharing a report and searching for a user, hitting enter stops the search #190

Issue

hitting enter in the dropdown search should not submit the parent form. If there are no results, it should be swallowed. If there are results, we should be able to down arrow + enter to select one. Tabbing should skip the dropdown.
