Fixes #14. Supersedes #19.

Discussions:

I had to shadow cl:delete. Can we do better? If we rename nfiles:delete instead, it would be backward incompatible and thus we would have to release 2.0.0.

This is not cool, but we can live with it. I suggest:

Adding a TODO about this shadowing, so that we don't forget to remove it when there's enough changes for 2.0.
And mention in README that we shadow CL symbols. In particular, urge the reader to never :use nfiles, because that will lead to subtle bugs with shadowed symbols.
