Steps to reproduce:

(nyxt:start :failsafe t)
(quri:render-uri (url (current-buffer))) -> "nyxt:new"
open any panel buffer, for instance, (nyxt/mode/buffer-listing:buffers-panel)
(quri:render-uri (url (current-buffer))) -> "nyxt:nyxt/mode/buffer-listing:buffers-panel"

The culprit is 3beac8c2254aede2fd15a5757443a4c717026194, where the buffer argument was dropped as to accommodate for the new Electron port.
