I'm only now starting to look at this so I'm not sure how much work is involved, but could you see about upgrading to the latest Kestrel dependency, (pretty) please?

Will take a look at this, pipelines changes were pretty substantial though.

Yeh, it doesn't look simple at a glance but I have some commercials to justify taking a look at this so I might spend some time on it today. I'll make sure anything I do is on a public fork if anyone wants to help out
