Hi! Thanks for the feedback! The plugin attaches additional conditions to query after the system's conditions. I suppose that it is possible to implement any permission rules that make permissions wider that system's by replacing system's conditions for qeuries. But I am not sure that this idea is good, because it actually means that whole original visibility model will be replaced. I think that this way should have very strong arguments, because it leads away from original concept of Redmine. To get this work you can make wider permissions on the system level and restrict them by the plugin.
