Hi!
Too noisy to see in build log Warning messages like that: [WARNING] File encoding has not been set, using platform encoding UTF-8, i.e. build is platform dependent!

instead of INFO format :) [INFO] Using 'UTF-8' encoding to copy filtered resources.

Therefore I have put small change into pom.xml
