Remove ossrh server configuration. Interfering with fuse build. #233

Maybe we want to move it into release profile? is it used for fuse jenkins as well?

@igarashitm I'll put it in a profile - I'm not sure whether it's needed for community build or not, but it can also be specified on the command line rather than included in the pom.xml, which is what we do for the Fuse build.
