collapsing a document in "show lines" mode isn't hiding the lines or moving them #54

1) Make a mapping between documents 2) deselect the mapping 3) click "advanced -> show all lines" on toolbar to see grey line for mapping 4) collapse parent document containing field for grey lines bug: 5) the grey lines don't move or dissapear, they point to empty space.
