Updated the CONTRIBUTING document to be more descriptive

Based on the "Opportunities in App Framework" article I wrote on Confluence, I made modifications I thought would be helpful to current and future developers working on Compiled.

The key reasons for the edits include:

• Streamline the set up/development process
  • Decrease developer downtime
  • Promote open source developers to make a contribution
• Improve the single source of truth for all developers
• Set up new hires/devs for success in the Compiled repository
• Suggest good practice when making branches, PRs and improvements
